Shuffle Lab Sessions is our high-energy community event series where dance meets wellness. Think shuffle class meets day party — with live DJs, wellness activations, and space to connect, move, and let loose in a supportive, feel-good environment.

Absolutely! At most events more than 50% of the people are brand new. I created these events to be a safe space for EVERYONE and the Shuffle Cardio classes are designed for all levels. Even if you don’t get everything down perfectly, you will still have so much fun!

I would recommend learning your basics first. Once you are somewhat comfortable with Running Man, Diagonal Running Man, Charleston, T-Step, you will be good to go!

Shuffle Cardio is a fast-paced, follow-along workout designed to boost endurance and make you sweat — all while dancing to the beat.
It’s the perfect blend of a shuffle technique class and a dance fitness class. You’ll learn combos and steps in real time, keeping your heart rate up for the entire session without even realizing how hard you’re working.
It’s ideal for anyone looking for a fun, high-energy workout that doesn’t feel like exercise — and it’s also a great way to improve your shuffle skills and stamina at the same time.

Our Shuffle Cardio online classes are all 30 minutes.

Yes! If you are on either of our online memberships, you get access to all the recordings to watch at anytime that is convenient for you or if you are not on the membership you can pay for a single recording.

From the website, go to class info - online memberships - make sure you are logged in - click your initials (top right) - then click my packages - from there you can hit the cancel button if you have an active membership.

We will be learning 2 8-count combos in Monday and Wednesday classes. They will be beginner combo focused. We will start with learning the actual moves and then will drill them. Friday we will put all 4 combos together and work on speed and endurance.

If you are on a membership you have unlimited access. If you are renting the recording you will have access for 48 hours after your purchase the class.

We cool down on a yoga mat after class but other than that, just yourself, sneakers, and water!

Nope! It’s totally up to you. Some people like to have their cameras on for accountability and so I can see how everyone is doing, but it’s not required.

Yes! Classes are online and accessible worldwide.

If you are on the VIP membership you are automatically booked into all live classes.
